In an interview with Saudi Middle East newspaper, Stephanie Williams, the former envoy of United Nations Support Mission, criticized the weakness of the illegal government of the National Accord, stressing that Fayez Al-Sirraj and his ministers control only a small area of Tripoli center.
Williams said that the chances of a new, mandated government headed by Abdul Hamid Dbaiba are significant to work on the entire Libyan territory and to hold the elections by the deadline of 24 December.
Also, she appealed the efforts of Dbaiba in different regions of Libya; east, west, and south.
In addition to traveling and communicating with neighboring countries and those involved in Libyan affairs, it was a positive sign of the success of GNU.
