Owcza in Qubba Discuses the HoR Vote

German ambassador to Libya, Olive Owcza posted today (Sunday) on the official Twitter page of the embassy regarding the meeting with the speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives in Qubba, Libya.

He said ‘’Constructive meeting with HoR Speaker Agila Saleh in Qubba. We discussed preparations of an HoR session for the vote of confidence to the new Cabinet. Huge opportunity to re-unite parliament as an effective legislative body. Does require cooperation and compromise by all sides.’’
