Mohammed Khalifa Al-Akrout said that talk of agreement on the legal frameworks for holding the presidential and parliamentary elections scheduled for December 24, is just a “fake consensus.”

The former Libyan ambassador to Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman continued, saying: “I think what imposed this (somewhat) flexible formulation is the presence of the American ambassador. They respected his presence among them. If he was not with them, we would have heard quarrels only.
