Today, Monday, Hussein Al-Qatrani “first vice to prime minister” announced a statement to reply on Abdel Hamid Al-Dabaiba’s desicion to set up a committee to visit the city of Benghazi to identify the problems facing the eastern region.
The statement stated that the process of unification of Libyan institutions was one of the tasks of the First vice Prime Minister, confirmed that the statement issued by the Ministers and Heads of Paper was not the product of the moment but the results of a series of speeches and correspondence submitted to the Head of Government and ignored them.
It confirmed also that the vice Prime Minister and staff based in the eastern region hadn’t been suspended but continued to operate from the Government headquarters in Benghazi normally, the so-called statement of a committee to visit Benghazi, and didn’t postpone the situation, as claimed in the statement.

The statement said that the Directorate’s decision included some names without montioned their qualities or the role they were supposed to play after visiting the city.
In his statement, Al-Qatarani called for a review of the resolution and the inclusion of the above-mentioned points and observations so that it could be implemented on the ground.
