Al-Watan Party Does not Trust LPDF Resolution

A leader of militia in Tripoli and a member of muslim brotherhood Al-Watan party in Libya, Abdul Hakeem Belhaj, announced that ‘’No International Agreement on Holding Libyan Elections in December’’ 

Jibreel al-Zawy, the head of the political office of Al-Watan Party which is led by the leader of the terrorist group, the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group’s Abdelhakim Belhaj, said his party had objected to the selection of particular members to the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum.

In statements to Anadolu Agency, Jibreel al-Zawy said many members at the LPDF did not have a clear vision of the country’s political condition 

He said the announced date for the coming elections on 24 December 2021 by the LPDF was not the outcome of any international agreement
