Bashaga Announces Functions Handover Date

Fathi Bashaga, Minister of the Interior of the State Government of National Accord, said that he is going to Handover the Functions today (Tuesday) to the Minister of the Interior of the Government of National Unity, Khalid Mazen. 

Bashaga called on all members of the Ministry to cooperate with him.

Also, he apologized to the Libyan people for any failure over his period.

He indicated his willingness to any judgment for any mistake made to ministers during his period. 

The former President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Siraj, is also supposed to hand over his functions to the new Government, led by Abdul Hamid Al-Dbaiba, and Mohamed El-Manfi, President of the new Presidential Council.
