Bashaga Reveals The Reasons For Disarming And Disbanding Militias

The outgoing Interior Minister of the Government of National Accord, Fatha Bashaga, claimed that the reasons for disarmed and disbanded his militias. He said that it will cost the country a huge budget.

In an interview with French magazine Le Bon, Bashaga said that the decision to dismantle required considerable resources from the State. So, they were trying to train these elements and subject them to State guardianship.

During the interview, Bashaga announced his intention to run for the country’s presidential election in the coming period.
