Economist Reveals Ankara’s Agenda to Dominate Libyan Wealth

Economist Salem Tajouri has uncovered Turkey’s systematic attempts to control the Libyan economy, asserting that one of the Turkish plans is a tracking system for goods maintained by a private Turkish company.
It was pointed out that, although Libyan traders refused such control, the tracking system had been approved by the Customs Department of the Government of National Accord, headed by Fayez al-Sirraj.
In a statement to Al – Ain News, Al – Tajuri said Turkey was seeking more economic influence in Libya and coveted Libya’s wealth, which could save the Turkish economy from collapse.
According to the economist’s estimation, Turkey’s exports to Libya amount to $10 billion annu ally.
