FM Of Italy, France And Germany Arrive Libya

Three foreign ministers arrived in the Libyan capital Tripoli on Thursday morning. It is the first visit of its kind after the selection of the new government.

Therefore, Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, who visited Tripoli last Sunday, arrived

He is accompanied by his German counterpart, Heiko Maas, and France’s Jean-Yves Lauderian. 

Through the visit, Italy aims to present itself as a priority for the new Government headed by Abdul Hamid Al-Dbaiba. 

The meeting of European ministers with Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Al-Dbaiba is scheduled to take place at the headquarter of the Tripoli Council of Ministers. The meeting is to discuss developments in Libyan political and security matters, given the importance of Libya’s stability to Europe, particularly Italy, according to ‘’Nova Italia.’’
