Greek FM: Athena Calls On Foreign Mercenaries Withdraw From Libya

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias reiterated his country’s position on the Libyan crisis, stressing that Athens believes that foreign mercenaries must leave Libya to preserve the state’s sovereignty.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement after Dendias visit the city of Benghazi yesterday to reopen the Greek consulate there that the military agreement signed between the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord and Turkey is illegal and outgoing.
