Important Statement By The Libyan Special Forces Concerning The Militaries

The Guidance Department of the Libyan Special Forces issued a statement, in which it confirmed its rejection of any entities separate from the Libyan Special Forces calling themselves the “Libyan Special Forces.”

In the statement issued yesterday (Sunday), the Special Forces order Abdeslam Al-Hassi denounced the presence of any parallel names to the Special Forces, as contrary to Libyan military laws.

The statement said that the Libyan Special Forces were part of the Libyan National Army, led by Marshal Khalifa Haftar, and under the command of General Chief of Staff Abdelrazek al-Nathoury.
