Iran Welcomes the New Unified Libyan Government

Today, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saeed Khatibzadeh welcomed the new Unified Libyan Government

Saeed Khatibzadeh conveyed his optimism that Libya’s interim executive council would make essential arrangements for the elections on 24, December 2021

He said, “We hope Libya’s transitional executive council will provide stability and prosperity, growth and progress in Libya based on sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and away from foreign intervention.”

The newly elected government in Geneva on the last Friday will lead the peace in North Africa before the scheduled elections
