Kubis receives a briefing note on the armed groups and the humanitarian situation in Libya

Yesterday (Tuesday), the United Nations Envoy to Libya, Jan Kubis, received a briefing note by Lipika Chaudhry, the Coordinator of the Panel of Experts on Libya of the Security Council Sanctions Committee and members of the Panel.

In a tweet, the United Nations Mission explained that the briefing note was about the latest report covering several files, including armed groups, international humanitarian law, human rights, arms embargoes, smuggling and illegal exports, navigational, regional, and other aspects.
