Kubis Vows UN Commitment To Libya

UN new Envoy to Libya Jan Kubis, Head of UN Support Mission in Libya UNSMIL started his mission in Libya recently after the installation of the new unified government in Libya.
He called many Libyan parties, expressing UN commitment to the steadiness, independence, and wealth of Libya regarding political, security, and economic issues, including and foremost the Libyan-led ceasefire agreement
Concerning a report posted to the UNSMIL social media platform, Kubis telephoned the Head of Presidency Council of GNA Fayez Al Serraj, GNA Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala, and the Speaker of Parliament Ageela Saleh.
They debated the current condition of Libya following the Political Forum meeting in Geneva.
Kubis mentioned that the new Head of Government planned to arrange a widely representative government within the time structure in the roadmap adopted by the Libyan Political Forum,
Also, the UN Envoy contacted some high-ranking representatives of regional and international communities.
