‘’Following the appointment of a transitional executive authority by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, under the aegis of the United Nations, M. Le Drian highlighted the importance of a genuine transition to the election scheduled for the end of the year.’’
‘’He emphasized the importance of the swift formation and investiture of an inclusive, representative government and the need for the ceasefire of 23 October 2020 to be fully implemented, particularly the departure of foreign forces and mercenaries.’’
