Norway Praises Libya’s Improvement

In relation to the latest events of Libya regarding the installation of the new executive relation, Norway praises this political development in an official statement.

According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide, she said ‘It’s an important step for Libya today, as the dialogue forum Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) has elected an interim government. Norway looks forward to cooperating with the Government of national unity and appreciates the tireless efforts of United Nations Support Mission in Libya and Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General Stephanie Williams.’
