Owcza Meets With GNU

According to the official Twitter of the German embassy to Libya, the ambassador Oliver Owcza had a meeting with the new Government of National Unity.
He stated that today (Tuesday) regarding the discussion, ‘’Honored to meet the designated Presidential Council, Mohamed El Mnefi, Abdullah El Lafi, and Moussa El Koni. Impressed by their clear focus on unity & reconciliation, on improving transparency & accountability, and on preparing elections in December.’’
