According to the German embassy to Libya Twitter page, the ambassador Oliver Owcza stated that: ‘’In my farewell call with HCS Chair Khaled Mishri I thanked him for ctd. constructive dialogue. I expressed my respect for his trust-building participation in the Government of National Unity swearing in in Tobruk. We discussed progress and challenges of Libya democracy, including peaceful transition of office.’’
