The First Flight from Ma’ateeqa Arrives to Egypt

The first flight from Ma’ateeqa has arrived at Burj Al- Arab Airport in Alexandria city, Egypt today (Sunday) after months of air traffic standstill from the two airports, as announced by official Libyan Airlines.

Ma’ateeqa Airport has explained that the staff of the Libyan Airlines terminal in Egypt welcomed their colleagues with flowers and confectionery from Ma’ateeqa International Airport on its first flight after the absence of several months.

Days ago, Libyan Airlines announced the arrangement of the first resumption of flights to Egypt after a stopover of more than a year and several months.
