Germany called on today (Monday), for global funding and cooperation to provide Coronavirus vaccines in the poorest countries in the world.
In a joint press conference of the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus with German Development Minister Gerd Muller said that ‘’global funding and cooperation are crucial if there is equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines for everyone.’’
He pointed out the importance of having a basis that helps to organize vaccination campaigns in the world’s poorest countries, and Germany will commit more strongly to this battle.
